The genesis of Key Element Virtual Assistance is a response to the progressive evolution of the business world.  World-wide connectivity; along with the mass of information, goods and services readily available online, have changed the way the world communicates socially and as consumers.  It's only natural that the way business is marketed, managed and conducted would adapt and change as well in order to be successful.

The founder of Key Element VA, Elaine Wilson, saw an opportunity to build a business concentrating on her areas of expertise and unique skill set and offer these services at affordable rates to small businesses, sole entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations.

Ms. Wilson has over 20 years experience in the diverse healthcare operation management field and temporary staffing industry.  As many positions undertaken did not have a budget for administrative support, she had a dual role in providing that needed support in order to be successful.  That duality has given Ms. Wilson the unique perspective to understand the big picture and how everyday tasks help achieve success.
